FB1 Warp Delivery System equipped with advanced technology from Europe is manufactured by subsidiary company of Beijing ORIT ---- Changzhou ORIT_RS Co. LTD. It works between creel and weaving machine, directly pulling off the warp yarn from the creel and feed into weaving machine for weaving under well control warp tension.

t takes use of the most developed AC servo-system ERGODRIVE which is designed special for weaving, digital setting weaving warp tension, control accuracy, advanced technology and perfect function.

Normally, one weaving machine can have 1 set of FB1 or 1 set FB1 + 1 set FB2 (Warp Delivery system located normal beam position) according to the fabric woven. Via this application, super-heavy fabric can be economically woven. Such as: heavy convey belt fabric, military heavy protect cover and fiberglass + PP.
