Inspection and Rewinder is the machine of unwinding, inspection fabric and then wind up again.

RW Inspection and Rewinder with advanced control technology is manufactured by subsidiary company of Beijing ORIT ---- Changzhou ORIT_RS Co. LTD.  It takes use of famous AC servo-system to control unwinding and rewinding, digital setting rewinding tension, control accuracy, advanced technology and perfect function, suitable for kinds of fabrics.

RW Inspection and Rewinder has different configuration, RW1/S model basically as below photo:

 RW1 Inspection and Rewinder have following characteristics:

1. 1.Two tension zones --- unwinding and inspecting tension zone, and rewinding zone, in order to achieve perfect wind-up result;
2. 2. Both winding process and unwinding process is controlled by brushless AC servo motor system. With loadcell, rewinder can set winding tension in digital, precise tension control.
3. 3. Rewinding roll edge is very straight, due to high respond “Movement correcting device”.
4. 4. Convenient operation in unwinding device with safety chuck.
5. 5. Convenient manual operation forward or backward.
6. 6. Max. rewinding dia: 1500 mm;
7. 7. Optional to install “Movement correcting device” in unwinder;
8. 8. Possible to have “manual press roll” in rewinder SW;

Types of RW Inspection and Rewinder

• RW1:Two tension zone. Possible to have Surface Winder or Center Winder;
• RW2:Only one tension zone. Possible to have Surface Winder or Center Winder; Optional “Movement correct device”;

Important functions of RW Inspection and Rewinder:

• SW surface winder or CW axial winder is possible to set independent “stop tension”. When machine stop, the fabric tension will come to the setting figure of “stop tension”, while machine restart, the working tension will automatically resume to original normal working winding tension.
