PS1 THERMOSETTING PREPREG LINE ---- a new generation thermosetting prepreg line, developed by Changzhou ORIT_RS Tech Co., Ltd.，the subsidiary of Beijing ORIT Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu province, based on our technologic technicians with more than 10 years experience in prepreg segment. We have achieved better synchronism of press rolls, full digital setting all process parameters, more exactly and convenient by AC servo-control technology.

1、DRIVE: completely digital AC servo-control system, High control accuracy.
2、CONTROL PANNEL: Central control, full digital setting important process parameters, such as tension, temperature and production speed. Monitoring all processing datas.
3、PRESS UNITS: Rigid structure design. Very high accuracy of press rolls, radical jump and straightness when heating is +/-1.5 micro.
4、GAP ADJUSTMENT: Gap between press rolls will be set and adjusted through AC servo motor. Indepedent adjustment in two sides.
5、ADJUSTABLE TENSION IN SPREADING ZOO: Independent setting and adjusting spreading tension.
6、CREEL: Creel special designed for Prepreg line. Even tension and Smoothly unwinding without cause yarn twisting.
7、INSTALLATION: High installation accuracy.
8、CONFIGURATION: The modular structures can be adjusted to variouse configurations, which provide with the possibility of easily upgrading and modifying in the future.
9、OPERATION: Contienient. Humane interface. Light alarm, Sonds alarm. Reminding Light for approach of setting product length.
10、CONTROL PROGRAM: Extendable in the future.
11、STANDARD DESIGN: Same design concept for pregreg line and coating line. All expension shafts and press rolls have same specifications and interchangable.
