WI2 online oven has put in use successfully

Based on requirement of clients, Changzhou Ruisai Company has developed WI2 online oven successfully and sent to our client in Haining after one and half years design and development, which has 100% intellectual property.

WI2 online oven is designed for sparsely sensitive fabrics which cannot wind perfectly after weaving. It is located behind the loom, and after weaving, fabrics get coating, oven dry, sizing and then winding.

We will have a series of tests before sending our equipment. We tested with the textile (breadth-2400mm, weft density-2.5/cm, yarn-zero twist) supplied by the client. We simulated the speed of the loom, 1 meter/min, here are results: The left, middle and right part of textile have a strong caking ability Breadth shrinks: no obvious shrink Zonal: no obvious change Basic function of equipment: nice performance

The highest speed in the test is 2.5m/min, the textile is not dried 100%. But there is no adhesion in the examination after winding. 

In the past, this client produced similar sparse textile, easy slide of weft caused 20% of the textile transformed badly and wasted, especially the beginning and ending part.

This client is satisfied with this result, having a plan of ordering more than 10 sets. Now, this equipment performs smoothly, comparing to the similar device from German, its price is less than 1/10, which shows our vision: first class in the world, made in china
