RF1 zero twist weft suppliers is beginning

A Jiangsu scientific and technological development project is assumed by Changzhou ORIT_RS Company: RF1 zero twist weft suppliers for composite looms. And after approved by science and technology bureau which provides fund support, this project has already started.

This equipment is for slap-up industrial fabrics, especially carbon fabrics. Usually, these fabrics are weaved without twist, warp and weft of which should be adequately unfolded, and yarns should distribute uniformly with no gaps. From the angle of stress, carbon fibers will be warped and losing strength of extension sharply. In the traditional way of weaving, wefting insertion needs weft accumulator, and fibers will get a twist every circle weft unwinding.

Wound packaged and abb roll in tangential and unwind weft, which is the issue of this project. Now, RF1 zero twist weft suppliers in our test basically could adapt for looms at the speed of 160rpm.
